Graduate Commons Partners with So Good Sounds to bring you the best new talent from across New England!  Don't miss this chance to meet some neighbors and relax before the year gets underway. ​Hosted by Faculty Directors Professor Chris (FAS/HKS) and Nancy Winship.

This is an outdoor event.  Food and Drinks will be available to those who register.  Socially distance seating area will be available as well. 

The concert will feature two amazing artists, Chris Peters and Jen Aldana.

August 24th and August 26th at 5:00pm

Botanic Gardens and Peabody Terrace 

Beat the summer heat with your family in this hybrid event! Participate in asynchronous "challenges" on our GCP Family Facebook page and then join us for an in-person, outdoor event featuring art activities, water games, and frozen treats!
 

Virtual Art Making 

September 1st at 6:00pm

Virtual

Join Faculty Directors Vinny (SEAS & FAS) & Michelle for a virtual open house where we will explore themes of home through art and conversation!


Registered HUH residents will receive art supplies to complete our activity and a catered dinner (for HUH residents only) available for pick up prior to the virtual event.


All HUH residents - especially families & children - are welcome to attend!

Red Sox Outing 

September 8th at 7pm

at Fenway Park 

Join GCP for our Welcome Season outing at Fenway Park in Boston as the Red Sox take on the Tampa Bay Rays at 7pm. The cost for each ticket is $10 and tickets are limited! Be sure to register quickly!

Join GCP staff and our Senior Community Advisor for a happy hour featuring Houseplant prizes and seasonal brews from local vendors. You don't want to miss this event!

Harvard Veterans Welcome Event 

Saturday, September 11th from 11am  - 2pm

One Western Avenue 

The Graduate Commons Program is pleased to co-sponsor the annual Harvard Veterans Alumni Organization's Welcome BBQ for Harvard University's Military Affiliated students, faculty, and staff. This is an opportunity to connect with an affinity group on campus that serves all affiliates from all twelve graduate and professional schools.

The Scarlett Johansson v. Disney Black Widow Dispute: Law & Policy

Join Graduate Commons for a Case Study Conversation with Faculty Director Guhan Subramanian (HBS/HLS). We'll discuss the recent dispute between Scarlett Johansson and Marvel Studios, including Marvel's parent corporation - The Walt Disney Company.

HUPD Bike & Brunch

With Faculty Directors Professor Nancy Hill (HGSE) and Rendall Howell

September 18th from 9am - 11am

Heading 1Join Faculty Director's Nancy Hill and Rendall Howell in collaboration with HUPD for a fun, engaging bike tour of Harvard University and the wider Cambridge community. Brunch will be offered to all who attend! You don't want to miss this amazing event.
